I am a Jungian analyst and licensed psychotherapist working with adults, couples, and families. I came to this work through a deep interest in the human psyche, meaning, and personal growth. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want to understand themselves more deeply. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in depth psychology.
